LinCity-NG is a game similar to the well known SimCity. It's an economic strategy gme in which you build and maintain a city. The player controls all social and economic parameters of the city. There are two options to win - to build a stable city or to evacuate the population with spaceships. Direct download of version 2.0 for Windows from here:
