This site provides only games that are legal to download for free.
How do we achieve this ?
As with every software, in the game world there are different kind of license agreements about how you can use or share a game. We provide information only for games that are distributed under licenses allowing free usage. Before we put information for a game (as well as download links) in the site, we're checking the game license. If the game has no license information available, we check different sources (preferably the game's official site and/or other trusted sites) about information is this game available for free download and free play.
Our goal is not to let offering links to an illegal content.
What are the usual licenses ?

Some games has dedicated licenses, that are (or are not) in some parts, based on one (or more) of the licenses above and other like them.
There are also games, that without any license information have a developer (or copyright owner) statement that the game can be used for free (it's freeware)
Sometimes games can have one main license and some parts of it that have other licenses. It is usually stated somewhere (sometimes you can find this kind of parts after digging in the games files)
